Reflection - Grades

For my NZ Hero grade I got Multistructural in the Solo Rubric Method. I think I could of done a lot better, except I didn't have much time to finish. I answered a few of the questions in full, and the rest are a little bit un-finished because there wasn't much information about Karen Walker. I would like to try to get a Relational but I can't really find anymore information about her. I think that Multistructural is a good grade for my work. I needed to explain my virtues more and explain why they helped her over roadblocks and hurdles in her life.
